본 약관은 BOUND(바운드)가 제공하는 전화노래방 방송 운영 서비스(https://live.boundstream.com, 이전 주소 https://live.boundyoutube.com 포함)의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.
1. 서비스 내용
서비스는 스트리머의 방송 예약 관리, 후원 알림, 유튜브 채팅 봇, 노래 검색 등 방송 운영 기능을 제공합니다. 서비스 이용에는 유효한 라이선스가 필요합니다.
2. 이용자의 의무
이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 목적으로 서비스를 이용할 수 없으며, 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
3. 서비스 변경 및 중단
운영상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용이 변경되거나 점검 등으로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 공지사항을 통해 안내합니다.
4. YouTube API 서비스
BOUND LIVE 는 YouTube API Services 를 사용하여 유튜브 라이브 방송을 관리합니다. 본 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 YouTube 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
YouTube API 로 취득한 데이터의 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용되며, 상세한 처리 방침은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하십시오.
구독 요금은 방송 운영 도구의 이용료이며, YouTube 콘텐츠 시청에 대한 대가가 아닙니다.

These terms govern the use of the karaoke livestream operations service provided by BOUND at https://live.boundstream.com (including its former address https://live.boundyoutube.com).
1. The Service
The service provides broadcast operation features for streamers, including reservation management, donation alerts, a YouTube live chat bot, and song search. A valid licence is required to use the service.
2. User Obligations
Users may not use the service to infringe the rights of others or to violate applicable law, and are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
3. Changes and Interruption
The service may be changed, or temporarily suspended for maintenance, as operations require. Significant changes are announced through the notices page.
4. YouTube API Services
BOUND LIVE uses YouTube API Services to manage YouTube live broadcasts. By using this service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Data obtained through the YouTube API is additionally governed by the Google Privacy Policy. For details of how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.
Subscription fees are charged for the broadcast operation tools, not for viewing YouTube content.
